What makes our pressentation and powerpoint really boaring is that we go along talking and taking and not really understanding what we are saying. The best solution to stop doing and try to explain well rather than just talking . You can switch the information around and make drawing about what is happening. Sometimes if you have more than one presenter you can switch between slides. Or sometimes you can switch around the order of the information so it wouldn't get as boaring. In 1906 willim wrote a book that analayzed famous speches. He said that the audience should discuss what the person is saying rather than the person's way of saying it. The second mistake people make is that they put textbook and reports on the peresntation which doesn't help you with your presentation. The reason is that people cant get alot of information from the presentation as they would get from the book. The other thing you can do to make your presentantion is to not read titles and emphasis and quotes because it doesn't add anything apon your presentation. To not forget what you know about what you are presenting is to take 30 to 60 seconds spending on each slide and the other section is to ask questions or discuss it. What you can do is to ask questions and if the class goes out of control, if someone askes you, you can give the answer the way you want the audience to have. The other soloution is to ask some friends in the audience ask the important information you could be the one answering it infront of the whole class.
