Numbering-is it puts numbers for you on your microsoft word so you dont have to go numbers its just there for you.Date and time-you go to insert and it fixes the time and the date for you than you have to press okay.Hyperlink-you go to insert and go to hyperlink highlight the site you want than you press contro_+b and then press okay.Symbol-you go to insert than symbol and chose a symbol you insert it there and its there.Bolders and shading-you go to format and around your papers the frames it makes it dark light and you chose any you like.wordcount- It counts how many words you wrote in your microsoft word.Theme-you go to format andthen press theme and it makes a backgorund for you like there are alot of backgrounds you can chose.Find-you go to edit and press on find and what you dont kno you type it in the link bar and it finds it for you.Style-you go to format and you go to style and it choses what kind of writing you want to present in your microsfot word.Heading- it changing the kind of writing you want in your microsoft word it makes it samll bing anything you want.
Today i presented my podcast which was about soccer. I think i did pretty good but i couldnt get the audio to play. But i sended my link anyway. Today mr.case assinged us to explore the menus and then make a blog post on the ten things you didnt know and how to do them. He said to also try to make a variety of the things like dont do what your friend did. He showed us some things about microsoft word. Some of the things he said where if you go to microsoft and you don't want the arrows in the menu's because sometimes it can get annoying what you can do is... you can get rid of them by cliking on the arrow, that will show the whole main page. Then you just click on customize and then the arrows will be gone. The other thing he taught us was you can even make your own tool bar.

Today was our essimbly about Quebec trip. I think its a experience going and learing new things about the history of Quebec. I though its very interesting and fun to go there. But I really want my friends to go so that it would be better for me. I am hoping I can go. Anyways today we where assigned to download something we are interested in and download and and say what you like about it and what you dont like about and also why u choose this.
Today what we did was we visted the sites about powerpoint for the test we have the next day we see mr.case. Also we had to finish marking peoples presentation on powerpoint. I finished everyone excepts two because they didnt send it. Some of the things i learned was that how to chnage the text in powerpoint well one the things is that you can cut and paste the text in powerpoint and because sometimes the words can be writtin wrong and also turn off all the captions, all lowercase.I also learned like how to change a pointer to a pen you press Ctrl+P and it will change the pointer to a pen.Also how to Switch Pen Back to Pointer you press Ctrl+AIf you want to create multiple copies of objects you Ctrl+Drag Guide. Also to go the next slide you have to press on the spacebar or N or right arrow on the page or down arrow. To advacne form the hidden slide in slide show veiw you have to press H. To erase the the screen in the slide show you have to press E. And the end of the slide show view you have to press ESC +BREAK OR MINUS.
Today is friday and we had an assembiley so we didnt really do anything in class becasue most of my calss were a pary of the assembiley. It was kinda of boaring for me because we just sat there and couldnt talk. On Thursday we had an supply teacher and she didnt really say anything about us finiding the defination about "podcast". I dont really get it. But i will try finidng the defination and putting it in my own words today. We have a test on Monday so Mr. Case is going to write it over the weekend...hope you dont make it hard Mr.Case. :D
Podcast: Podcast is used for recording anything and everything can be played back in a digital player or mobile devices and personal computer. It has converted MP3 file and other audio file. It has some similarities with ipod. But podcasts are mostly verbal, but they may contian music also. A podcast is a multimedia file over the internet. Through podcasts you can be autiomatically notified as soon as updates are made. To listen to podcasts you will need some sort of software on your computer. Today we a very short day. What we did today was that Mr. Case gave us 15 minutes to do the corecting on out story and the hot list. He gave us a sheet of paper where you have to mark every single person in the group. He said you cant just mark the person if you dont like the person or if you dont want them to get a good mark higher than you. You should mark them on how creative they made their presentation and also if they used most of the tools in powerpoint. Also the amount of effort they displayed in their powerpoint. We should also mark them if their project is easy to navigate. Also for our hotlist you had to be done by today. Mr.Case also told us that we are going to have a powerpoint test on Monday so i am hoping that i am going to pass the test and make my parents happy.:D I am wating for the next assingment i am praying it isnt going to be difficult.
Today during the past few days we have been working on two projects. The first project is to create a story and make it interesting so that when people are vewing our project they would learing something and you should also make it so that they would decide what slide they should go to. Our second project is about to create a hot list. Which means that all your favourite sites that you like to go to. You would be able to acsess it eaiser that you typing the site you want to go to.
Powerpoint
These couple of days we have learned about powerpoint and the good things and the bad thing about powerpoint and what we should use in order to make our presentation even better. What we can do about our powerpoint is that when you create something on your page you shouldn't have paragraphs and reading from that paragraph. It should be something interesting and the whole focuss should be on you not your presentation. You can use point forms to remeber what you have to say to the audience. Also make all your slides the same colour for it to look profetional. when you want the audience to stop taking and pay attentin you can use the B key so that the it would be blank. On the powerpoint there is animations you can use to represent your presentation. There is the A which stands for the art gallary and there are all kinds of writing that you can chose to put in your work and you can always change the colour of it. There are sounds that you can also use but you have to be really careful because sometimes it can go really fast or really slow. There is shadow that you can use to make it nicer sometimes. There are audio shapes, its like all kinds of shapes you can use. There is a spelling cheak,so your presentation should be always in correct spelling. When you also want to use sound there is the order you want it to go to there is word by word, all at once and by letter. Using these kinds of things you really have to be careful because when your presenting it might not go the speed you are going, and that can mess up ur project. There is also like from left to right and down from up and other kinds of direction you can use on your slide.
