Hello...today our pictures we had to draw of our own was due. I did mine but it wasn't very colourful becasue i didnt have enough time. Mr. case gave us an assingment we have to draw another picture of our own that we have to use all of the elements of Photoshop and make it interesting. I hope i do it well. Also after school we went to give our Podcast but Mr. case wasn't here so i guess we will hand it in on Monday. Anyways dont have nothing else to say. bye.....
Hello...today mr.case was away and also yesterday. Yesterday madeha taught us again about the site and told us what each of those mean again for those students that werent here becasue of the Vanir metting. Our assainment was to fix some pictures which we had to do long time ago but i didnt know we had to put it in the drop off folder so i did that and also picked a picture of my own and fixed it also. The other assainment was to draw a picture of our own using the elemts of photoshop and use everything we can from there to make our picture looking better. I tired darwing my picture today and i did but i dont think it is good enough. Anyways i dont have anything else to say for now so byeee....
Today we had the vanier presentation, so we were missing lots of the students. There were only 3 people. So we just looked around the wiki site that is for our class.Here is the URL:www.woodbinejhs.ca/btt/wiki. This site is for everything we learn and we can poste it there so other students in our calss can use that for big exams or test. It would really help becasue you wouldn't memorize everything. Anyways tommorow maryam is giving our podcast. I hope we did well on it.
Today we are still working on the pictures. Me and Maryam have to do a podcast that is due on feb 16th we are trying to work our best on it.There are a lot of people that have lost their marks. We might do a podcast on Arash a singer that sings in many kinds of languages. Thats it for now.
Today we learned on a lot of stuff. One of the stuff we learned was when you need a picture for printing the number of pixels should be 300, but for a picture for webpage the number of pixels should be 72. Also when you want to resize a picture you think is maybe too small or too big you go to tools and click on resize and it will do it for you. The number you but for the number of pixels. DPI means dots princh. In a picture for example if its 500 DPI, then the picture would take a long time to download. You should try to make your pictures jpg becasue it doesnt take that long to download. What JPG means is that it compresses the picture, it takes information and duplicates which it loses information. Another kind of type of picture is TIF. It saves every little information of the picture and thats how it takes a long time to download. If you want to save a picture for printing you should save it to a bigger fomat. But for webpage the picture should be saves as a small format. BMP is another kind of format but it doesnt help much. When using photoshop if you want to change the brightness/contrast of your picture than you go to Enhance andthen click on the levels and chose the levels you want to display. The other thing we learned on photoshop is how to crop a picture. What that does is it makes your picture smaller.
